  1. Brilliant theme! (Do you know someone who lived at Ashcroft? My first teaching post was near there. Tough gig!)

I love the whole map thing! And beautiful flowers.

Good luck and happy birthday you young whippersnapper!

    1. I don't know anyone in Ashcroft, but it makes me think of a suburb between Ashfield and and Canterbury, i think, that they imaginatively called Ashbury, where I used to often pick up freecycle stuff. I did discover some cool places while 'mapping' – including Winjii Jimmi which I sent to a friend who knows my ex bf was a Jimmy! He found that VERY amusing!

  2. Love the invites! Especially love the comment, 'let it be consumable, an experience or second-hand.' I really think I will be copying that one for future events, including next Christmas. The flowers are gorgeous, too.

    1. I feel a bit 'you'd be bringing me gifts, right?' – but I really don't want to add to the endless cycle of stuff. I'm more than content with people's company!! Feel free to steal it.
